James started working in the Damage Management industry in 2006, initially establishing a cleaning company. Subsequently, he joined Davies Group as a Regional Manager and achieved the BDMA Insurance Technician qualification. After leaving the Davies Group, James assumed the role of Director for a National Damage Management Response network.
