Senior Technician

BDMA SENIOR TECHNICIAN (BDMA Sr Tech) is the second accreditation level for core damage management practitioners. It requires significant experience and knowledge, likely to be in a managerial or project management capacity.

BDMA SENIOR TECHNICIAN – ENTRY CRITERIA

Practitioner with developed knowledge and competence; typically with not less than three years experience; demonstrates good general awareness of varying types of fire, flood and water damage and their related treatments. Ability to scope work and undertake risk assessments.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years experience
  • Wide ranging knowledge of fire, flood and water damage restoration
  • Minimum of 12 months accredited at BDMA Technician level
  • Registered as owning a copy of the Official BDMA Damage Management Training & Reference Module
  • Minimum of 15 CPD Points accrued within previous 12 months under the BDMA CPD (Continuous Professional Development) Scheme

Entry Method: Satisfactory completion of relevant BDMA examination (Syllabus available)

COMPETENCE IN BDMA STANDARDS

Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of the BDMA Standards provided by the BDMA to all individual members.

FEES: £168.00 + VAT per annum
