This BDMA certification combines a series of Health & Safety modules considered essential for anyone working or attending site where there is a perceived level of complexity and risk to be considered. The courses included cover: Personal Protective Equipment, Working at Height, Asbestos Awareness, Confined Space Awareness, Manual Handling, Accident reporting, Fire Safety, Electrical Safety, Risk Assessment, Noise Awareness and Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH). Accident Reporting Accident Reporting will help make you aware of the different kinds of incidents which need to be reported at work, what procedures to follow, how to collect data and maintain 2 proper RIDDOR records. Also included in the BDMA Certificate in Site Health & Safety package.
Asbestos Awareness This asbestos training module will train you to recognise different types of asbestos, understand control measures and identify the associated risks. Also included in the BDMA Certificate in Site Health & Safety package.
CDM Regulations Construction is considered to be a high-risk industry. CDM Regulations provide a single regulatory framework for the entire construction industry. Poor Health & Safety can result in fatalities, ill-health and loss of working 2 days. This module will provide information to help staff identify risks and avoid the dangers during construction work.
Confined Spaces A confined space is any place, including any chamber, tank, vat, pit, pipe well or other similar place in which, by virtue of its enclosed nature, there arises a reasonably foreseeable unspecified risk. This module will help you identify the key dangers and risks of a confined space.Also included in the BDMA Certificate in Site Health & Safety package.
COSHH Hazardous substances can threaten short or long-term health. There are thousands of accidents every year involving hazardous substances. This module is designed to raise awareness of the key points in the safe handling and use of hazardous substances 2 that could harm you or your colleagues. Also included in the BDMA Certificate in Site Health & Safety package.
Display Screen DSE The use of Display Screen Equipment has rapidly become part of everyday life and we are all exposed to their harmful effects. This module will provide information on how to correctly set up your workstation to avoid injury as well as looking at the hazards and risks you face whilst using the equipment.
Electrical Safety Electricity is something we take for granted; until things go wrong. Not recognising the dangers associated with electricity can be fatal. This module reveals electrical hazards in the workplace, who is most vulnerable and how to successfully assess and reduce the risks.Also included in the BDMA Certificate in Site Health & Safety package
Environmental Awareness The way we treat our environment is becoming increasingly important. How we live our lives impacts the earth both on a global and local level. This module is designed to enable the trainee to identify the key areas affecting the environment along with workplace related environmental issues.
First Aid in the Workplace – Employees First Aid is essential for the immediate treatments of accidents before help from the emergency services arrive. Taking this module could really mean the difference between life and death and help minimise the severity of an injury.
Fire Safety This module will benefit you and your employees by making sure that they meet the requirements of fire safety law. Also included in the BDMA Certificate in Site Health & Safety package.
Manual Handling This module covers what manual handling is and how you can assess and reduce the risks that can occur when lifting and carrying. The aim is to help reduce the number of manual handling related illnesses and accidents in the workplace and to promote good attitudes amongst the staff. Also included in the BDMA Certificate in Site Health & Safety package.
Noise Awareness Many working environments present risks to workers hearing. With 1 in 6 people in the UK having some form of hearing loss – don’t let your work be a cause of it. Also included in the BDMA Certificate in Site Health & Safety package.
Office Safety This module covers which hazardous risks affect office workers in their day-to-day working activities.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) In this module, you will learn all about Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and the different types of protection and their functions. You will also learn about the responsibilities of employees as well as employers. This module also provides information about the benefits and limitations of PPE and will teach you how to correctly use and store equipment.
Risk Assessment This module will show the viewer how risk assessments don’t need to be daunting and time-consuming tasks. An emphasis is placed on why risk assessments are needed in the workplace. Also included in the BDMA Certificate in Site Health & Safety package.
Stress Management – Employees Work-related stress, anxiety and depression are all recognised medical conditions that could affect anyone. Make your employees aware of the risks and give some helpful tips on how to overcome stress with this module.
Working at Height There are many hazards that come with working at height. Being aware of your responsibilities and how you can manage the risks can help to avoid injury and damage. Also included in the BDMA Certificate in Site Health & Safety package.

Anti-Money Laundering This module on Anti-Money Laundering will help explain the stages of the money laundering process, what it actually is, who  is involved and the scope of the problem. Also included in the BDMA Compliance package.
Avoiding Bribery Risks This module looks at the issue of bribery, the main offences that may be committed and the key terminology. Also included in the BDMA Compliance package.
Conflict Management In this module, you will look at what conflict management is and why it is important to intervene early. You will also learn how and why conflict arises and then examine the signs and symptoms of conflict. Additionally there will be training on distinguishing between the main stages of conflict and examining different styles, as well as the legal issues and good practices.
Data Protection UK This module highlights the key themes of  Data Protection UK (UK GDPR) to help organisations understand the new legal framework in the EU.
Equality & Diversity To treat people as individuals, we need to value their beliefs and preferences and not treat them as a diagnosis. This eLearning course aims to ensure that the learner has the knowledge and understanding to be able to work to best practice. The course reviews key terms and introduces the learner to types of unlawful discrimination.

Innovation Innovation can help drive business growth and this module will help you gain a better understanding of the differences between invention and innovation and help you take appropriate action to become a more effective innovator.
Modern Slavery There are as many as 21 million people in forced labour around the world, which is estimated to generate a profit of £120 billion per annum. Organisations can be implicated in modern slavery both directly and indirectly in a variety of ways such as, in their own operations, through their global supply chains and through their involvement with business partners. Also included in the BDMA Compliance package.
Social Media Use Social Media has rapidly become part of everyday life at home and in the workplace. This module introduces the topic of social media and provides information on the various risks and benefits, including the ethical and legal issues and appropriate and inappropriate use of social media.
Sustainability This course explores the importance of sustainability and ways in which we can reduce our harmful impact on the environment to make a better world for future generations. It looks at the consequences of inaction, the importance of environmental awareness and looks to individuals, businesses and governments to bring about change.
