As part of our regulated succession planning, the BDMA is seeking to appoint a new director with effect from November 2023.
 
This is an unpaid, non-executive role, working with a team of 5 other directors to help lead the BDMA in its goal to retain its position as the essential accreditation body of choice for those working within the damage management industry and wider property claims supply chain.
 
The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the achievement of the BDMA’s goals to obtain wider recognition for our members and enhance the Association’s reputation within the damage management industry sector.

Candidates must be accredited members of the BDMA and must not be disqualified from acting as a company director.  We are particularly interested in applications from those with senior management and leadership experience.

Shortlisting will take place during September, and interviews will be held in October – the final appointment will be made in November 2023. The initial appointment will be for 3 years.
