The BDMA Award Sustainable Project of the Year will focus on a commercial or domestic recovery or restoration project that has demonstrated sustainability delivering customer care, value for money and client satisfaction and showing:
- professionalism with a focus on customer care and client satisfaction
- value for money
- the sustainability of the overall project outcome
- embedded principles of sustainability within their business operations
- a strong focus on advocating restoration for both water and fire claims
