The winner of the BDMA Awards 2024: Insurance Technician of the Year, will be a BDMA accredited insurance technician who has shown an understanding of the damage management industry, demonstrated a commitment to collaboration with all parties involved in the property claims process and:
- collaborates effectively with all parties involved in a claim
- applies best practice standards to all aspects of their work
- has made a significant contribution in the last 2 years to either their own organisation or the wider insurance industry
