Entries can be submitted individually or jointly by organisations who have collaborated to deliver a partnership solution. The successful organisation will have prioritised developing a highly skilled workforce, encompassing the values of the BDMA and delivering:

a significant initiative supporting delivery of a major project or operational service
meaningful improvements in customer or client satisfaction
the removal of barriers to successful customer outcomes
