The successful organisation will have prioritised developing a highly skilled workforce, encompassing the values of the BDMA and delivering:

  • a significant initiative supporting delivery of a major project or operational service
  • meaningful improvements in customer or client satisfaction
  • the removal of barriers to successful customer outcomes
