The BDMA Award 2024 for Customer Experience will be won by an organisation from any area of the industry who has demonstrated superior customer service and delivered innovation. Entries can be submitted individually or jointly by organisations who have collaborated to deliver a partnership solution. The successful organisation will have prioritised developing a highly skilled workforce, encompassing the values of the BDMA and delivering:
- a significant initiative supporting delivery of a major project or operational service
- meaningful improvements in customer or client satisfaction
- the removal of barriers to successful customer outcomes
