The winner of the BDMA Awards 2024: Commercial Technician of the Year will be a BDMA accredited commercial technician who has demonstrated professionalism and recognition of client expectations in the context of commercial property claims. The judges will be looking for an individual who:
- works to develop their potential
- demonstrates a clear understanding of client expectations
- shows a significant level of care for their clients
- demonstrates concern for overall sustainability of buildings and contents
