The course is based on the official BDMA Training & Reference Module (previously known as the BDMA Official Training & Reference Manual), in accordance with the BDMA Standards, and will cover basic entry level damage management knowledge necessary for competent delivery of best practice solutions. It will focus on water, flood and fire damage with additional instruction on contents, customer relations, health & safety and basic insurance property claims activity. In addition to the BDMA Training Module and Standards, the relevant Examination Syllabus will also be referenced.
