ISS Facility Services – Restoration provides damage management and associated services to Private and Public Sector organisations, including Local Authority and Insurance customers. ISS Facility Services – Restoration offers innovative operational and development solutions that have been built using the strong foundation of the ISS organisation. Due to recent account wins, we are looking to fill various roles throughout the UK. If you have previous damage management experience, we would like to hear from you.

Job Titles: Site Supervisors, Project Managers, Leak Detection Engineers, and Fire & Flood Restoration Technicians – all regions throughout the UK.

Site Supervisor:

The Site Supervisor is to adhere to the Company’s Management Procedures, Quality, and Health and Safety policies at all times and shall be the formal day-to-day contact with the customer’s representative either whilst on-site or undertaking workshop-based projects. They are also responsible for the induction, supervision, and care of all permanent staff and occasional employees under their control.

Project Manager:

The Project Manager will successfully deliver project’s KPI’s, including service delivery standards in relation to the customer specifications and requirements and achievement of the regional and business financial budget targets.

Technician (Fire & Flood Restoration)

The technician is responsible and accountable to the Supervisor, Project Manager and Regional Manager to undertake given duties such as restoration and decontamination, together with associated tasks to the required quality standards and time constraints.

Leak Detection Technician:

The Leak Detection technician is responsible and accountable to the Property Team Manager for the control of leak detection claims.
